Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a durable mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
